Our three separate flats are spacious, beautiful, and breezy and designed for comfort. Each flat is self-contained, with comfortable bedrooms, baths, and a kitchen stocked with quality equipment.

Maybe better than home? What with the incredible beach playground right outside and fluffy towels and nice sheets that you don’t have to wash, plus maid service six days a week.

We’ve also engineered the perfect blend of luscious tropical outdoor living with super restful screened, bug-free sleeping spaces with good mattresses. Many of our guests say they slept better here than they have in years.

Adjacent yet private apartments, each its own floor 

Nestled in beachfront tropical gardens, Casa Oasis Troncones is set up as a compound, with space around each unit for peace and privacy. Each flat has a separate entrance, so, you can have one all to yourself for a romantic getaway, or rent a combination of units for your group or family beach retreat (the entire compound sleeps 18 comfortably). All units have access to our gardens, pool and secluded sandy swimming beach.

Have your group or family take over the place

The entire top floor of the main house is the 1070 square-foot Beachfront Penthouse one bedroom, 1.5 bath flat. The bottom floor is the 1150 sq ft two-bedroom Beach House Flat, with two full baths, a larger kitchen and pantry, and both indoor and outdoor living areas — all with stunning ocean views. Finally, there’s our new Treehouse Garden Loft two-bedroom apartment. It’s a fully-screened treetop tropical adventure, with a crow’s nest bedroom with stunning 360° views of mountain, jungle, and beach.

The quiet end of the best swim beach

We are at the quietest end of the prettiest practically private Troncones beach — the only sandy mostly residential beach, the one with way more palm trees than houses, and very few busy businesses. Casa Oasis is also right in front of the best swimming hole in town—a huge sandy rock-free surf and splash paradise. (Note: Rocks are sometimes uncovered during deep summer storms, but during high season, it’s sand as far as you can walk.) Check out our exact location.

All the beauty of a pristine, private beach…

We’re serious beach lovers lovers, which is why we built Casa Oasis on this pristine, nearly virgin corner of Troncones beach. Here, it’s all about nature. The gorgeous empty beach, the insane night sky, the whales breaching in the distance.

The practically private stretch of sand in front of the house is habitat to sea turtles, egrets, cranes, pelicans and hundreds of other birds, iguanas, vultures, skunks, and even the occasional armadillo. It doesn’t get much better than stepping out of the comfort of this home and into this natural paradise…

With all the comforts of civilization…

Except maybe coming home, after a long day of sun, sand and sea, to the house’s domestic comforts—like a clean, airy, fully-screened bedrooms with huge, comfy beds, soft cotton sheets, and lovingly crafted towel art which, in turn, reminds us of the natural wonders waiting just outside.

But we knew all that 10 years ago.

Secluded, yet easy to get to

Unlike most secluded beaches, you can get here easily. A short flight on most major airlines (United, American, Alaska, Delta, Aeromexico, etc.), Ixtapa Zihuatanejo (ZIH) international airport is just 45 minutes from getting your toes in the water on Casa Oasis’ empty beach, beer in hand. (Plus, our tiny little time-warp international airport is adorable. And really easy to navigate, to boot).

Apart from year-round surf on a variety of breaks, Troncones offers the Beach Experience of Your Life and all the other attendant ocean activities: boogie boarding, SUP, snorkeling, tide pooling, fishing, running, and frolicking in general. Unlike most isolated beaches, Troncones also offers plenty of small beach town perks, like restaurants, boutiques, live music, yoga classes, eco-tours, sports bars, all less than a mile away.

It you want more—just 20 minutes away, Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo serve up big(ish) city amenities and entertainments — shopping, golf courses, restaurants, nightclubs, movie theaters, amusement parks, dolphinariums, deep sea fishing, jet skis, snorkeling tours, etc.
