At the solitary end of the only residential sandy beach in Troncones. Close enough to get to town quickly, but far enough to avoid any noise, crowds or pollution.
4 separate units
The units are quite private, as each encompasses the entire floor and has its own entrance, and the roar of the ocean drowns out most sound. You can have your best friends & family downstairs, but never know they’re there.
Swimming pools
We offer an amazing new main pool between the buildings in our lush garden for all guests to use. The Beach House unit has its own private plunge pool with sunset-view seating.
Private entrance
All the flats have their own entrance, for easy access and increased privacy.

Just 45 minutes to ZIH international airport, and 20 minutes to the big(ish) city.
Pet friendly
Casa oasis is for animal lovers! Ask about bringing your pooch. We have outdoor cats on the premises, who generally do not go inside unless invited.
Nature on display
Enjoy Troncones’ abundant wildlife from your balcony. A wild display of tropical birds awaits, as well as iguanas, geckos, coatimundi, bats, etc. On the beach, you can witness egrets, pelicans, sea eagles, turtles, whales, dolphins, and more.
Spacious indoor-outdoor living
Open-plan kitchen and living areas open onto private balconies or patios. Huge french doors that can be thrown open to welcome the breezes, tons of windows, for a truly airy stay. And yet, A/C in the bedrooms for the best sleep.

Each flat is equipped with quality furnishings, nice sheets, soft towels, purified bottled water, toilet paper, etc.

With a gorgeous flat, sandy swimming area and even a sporadic surf break right out front, what more can you ask? Oh, yes, dramatic rocks and tide pools just North of us? Yup, we have that, too.

Enjoy beach, treetop, jungle, mountain and ocean views from each flat, and our shared spaces. Not to mention the stargazing and birdwatching!

Surf spot
Year-round surf breaks abound, both in Troncones and nearby. And there’s even a surf break right out front. (Fast and shallow, short board best)

Green Property
We care for our beautiful environment! Casa Oasis is an ecological vacation rental. We have a composting septic tank and grey water irrigation system in place, and we only use only eco-friendly cleaning products.
Equipped kitchens
Each unit has a kitchen fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, quality stainless steel pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, etc.
Breezy cool
With wide open spaces, constant ocean breezes and fans in every room, Casa Oasis stays cool. We also now have mini-split air conditioning units in all of the bedrooms (programmed so that they can only be turned on at night for a comfortable sleep).
Starlink internet
Each unit has its own Starlink modem for fast and reliable internet for all of our guests!
BBQ grill
Old school charcoal barbecue grill. Plenty of driftwood on the beach.
Groups & families
With more than 2100 square feet of breezy indoor space, and five combined bedrooms (plus extra sleeping areas, patios and gardens, Casa Oasis has a ton of space for a good amount of people. And, we offer multiple unit discounts. Book early for multiple units, however.
Sweet Staff
Our friendly, caring staff will keep everything lovely for you. We offer housekeeping every day, except Sundays and national holidays.
