The Casa Oasis Troncones downstairs beachfront flat boasts a spacious outdoor living area with dining table and large comfy L-shaped couch — with great views of the ocean and the beach heading South. Keep an eye on the swell, whale watch, enjoy the sunset, and/or frolic in the pool — all from your own outdoor living room. The space has two high-speed ceiling fans for maximum comfort (in case you need them—there’s always an ocean breeze).
Troncones beach views from master, patio, living areas and kitchen
As far as Troncones ocean view rentals go, you can’t beat Casa Oasis. We built right on the property line, in order to get as close as possible to our beach. So we can offer unimpeded ocean views. No man-made construction in sight — just pristine beach and tropical landscape. Details like this are what makes this Casa a true Oasis. Ahhh…
Beachfront master bedroom
Casa Oasis Troncones two-bedroom flat features a huge beachfront master bedroom, complete with king size bed, 2 writing desks, bookshelves, spacious closets, and a giant en-suite master bath. With tons of windows, including oversized french doors onto the patio, it has stellar views of the beach, ocean and pool area. Like the rest of the flat, it’s completely screened, for your bug-free pleasure. Or, throw open the giant doors and let the beach in.
The garden bedroom and bath
The Casa Oasis Troncones garden bedroom has huge french doors that look out on the garden and the fountain. Minimalistic and comfortable, it has a powerful ceiling fan (like every room) and ample closet space. It gets the cool breezes (and birdsong) from the hills behind us, so it stays cool. Comfy pillow-top beds can be set up as a king, or two twins. We can even bring in a third twin bed for the kids. The Beach House has a second full bath just across the hall from the Garden bedroom.
Beachfront indoor living area
Casa Oasis Troncones ‘ indoor beachfront living area comprises the kitchen, living room, and entryway. (That’s the second full bath on the left.) It looks out on the pool and beach, as well as the gardens. There’s plenty of space to move around for those (few) moments when you don’t want to be out on the beach.
The roomy indoor living room is right off the large kitchen. An airy, open-plan living area, there are tons of windows and doors, yet it’s fully screened for your comfort. The deep sofas are twin-bed sized, for convenient napping, or for additional guests. The living room looks out over the pool and the beach on one side, and the garden and the fountain on the other. Yet another comfy space in which to hang out at Casa Oasis Troncones.
Huge beachfront kitchen with ocean views
Casa Oasis Troncones ‘ beachfront kitchen is a tropical culinary dream. For your cooking pleasure, the fully-screened, spacious kitchen has a full-size six-burner stove with large oven, a full-size fridge, a large farm style sink, a pantry, and a comfy eat-in bar. Quality stainless steel pots and pans, glass baking dishes, and a full set of cooking utensils will help you cook up a tropical storm—with fish and vegetables delivered fresh to our gate, prepared with organic banana leaves and other tropical ingredients found in our gardens. Enjoy your meals in your own outdoor dining area, right on the playa. Even clean up isn’t such a chore, when you it while watching waves breaking on our pristine beach.
Huge tropical master bath and dressing room
The Beach House flat boasts a huge en-suite tropical master bath and dressing room, complete with beach stone shower floor, garden views, and banana leaf curtains. Fully screened to keep out the bugs, it has tons of space to hang your various bathing suits out to dry. Spacious closets are right around the corner. (We try to dress for dinner around here — meaning a dry suit and perhaps a fresh sarong. Maybe even the glittery flip flops on lobster night?)
Four Troncones beach rentals to choose from or combine
Casa Oasis now offers four units: the upstairs Penthouse flat (1 bedroom, spectacular views), the downstairs beachfront Beach House flat (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, right on the sand), the Treehouse loft (our garden apartment with 360° treetop, beach, and mountain views), and the Pool House (a one bedroom ground floor apartment right off the new spectacular pool). All nestled in nature on our nearly private beach, with Troncones’ best sandy swimming area right out front, as well as our own secret surf break.

The entire bottom floor of our beachfront villa, this is true beach living. An 1100 square foot two-bedroom, two bath home with incredible views and breezes, just steps away from the sand.
Spectacular views
Unimpeded ocean views from the every major room (even the kitchen). And don’t forget our view down the beach, as Casa Oasis is at the end of Troncones’ most beautiful (and empty) stretch of sandy beach.

Biking Troncones is the ideal way to get around. We provide 4 beach cruisers (with baskets) for our guests to use free of charge. If you need more bikes while you’re here, we can help arrange rentals.
