An easy to use Troncones vacation rental in tropical zen décor with polished cement and tropical wood accents, the Pool House boasts an open plan living area, which opens on a private balcony overlooking the pool. There are ceiling fans and a mini-split air conditioner in the bedroom, available to use at night.
Equipped for comfort
The Pool House has a fully-equipped kitchenette (full-size fridge, gas stovetop, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, etc.), as well as a good-sized dining table. Plus a large jungle-view bath and dressing room with a rain-shower and tons of closet space.

Casa Oasis now offers four units: the upstairs Penthouse flat (1 bedroom, spectacular views), the downstairs beachfront Beach House flat (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, right on the sand), the Treehouse loft (our garden apartment with 360° treetop, beach, and mountain views), and the Pool House (a one bedroom ground floor apartment right off the new spectacular pool). All nestled in nature on our nearly private beach, with Troncones’ best sandy swimming area right out front, as well as our own secret surf break.

It’s true. Casa Oasis is simply on the best part of the best Troncones beach. At the solitary end of the only residential sandy beach in Troncones. Close enough to get to town quickly, but far enough to avoid any noise, crowds or pollution. With a gorgeous flat, sandy swimming area and even a sporadic surf break right out front, what more can you ask? Oh, yes, dramatic rocks and tidepools just North of us. Check.

The units are quite private, as each encompasses the entire floor and has its own entrance, and the roar of the ocean drowns out most sound. You can have your best friends & family downstairs, but never know they’re there.

A wild display of tropical birds awaits, as well as iguanas, geckos, coatimundi, bats, etc. On the beach, you can witness egrets, pelicans, sea eagles, turtles, whales, dolphins, and more. (Oddly enough, no seagulls.) You can even go visit some crocodiles.
Pet friendly
Casa oasis is for animal lovers!We have outdoor cats on the premises, who generally don’t go inside unless invited. Ask about bringing your cat-friendly pooch.
Beach cruisers
Biking Troncones is the ideal way to get around. We provide 4 beach cruisers (with baskets) for our guests to use free of charge. If you need more bikes while you’re here, we can help arrange rentals.
