Casa Oasis Troncones’ beachfront one-bedroom flat offers panoramic beach and ocean views, with no man-made structures to block your enjoyment of the pristine tropical landscape. (Even the shower has a spectacular view). Watch whales and dolphins frolicking and check out the surf from your own comfy, private sofa.

The enclosed beachfront bedroom at Casa Oasis boasts amazing views of the ocean and the garden, as well as a king size bed, two closets, and a huge ensuite bathroom complete with double sinks, water closet and a shower with an awesome view. Oversize french doors give onto the private beachfront balcony. Yes, you can see the ocean from bed (and the shower)!
Spacious indoor-outdoor tropical living
Our breezy living area is open to the sea air, but covered, so you get the best of outdoor living, in breezy, shady comfort. And you can hear the birds and the waves—and not much else. (The bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as a mini-split air conditioner, with huge double glass doors that open onto a beachfront balcony with hammock.)
Watch for whales while you do dishes
Large ocean view kitchen with bar, as well as a pantry. Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, as well as quality cooking implements, dishes, etc. Perfect for those of you who love to cook (and eat).
Four Troncones beach rentals to choose from or combine
Casa Oasis now offers four units: the upstairs Penthouse flat (1 bedroom, spectacular views), the downstairs beachfront Beach House flat (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, right on the sand), the Treehouse loft (our garden apartment with 360° treetop, beach, and mountain views), and the Pool House (a one bedroom ground floor apartment right off the new spectacular pool). All nestled in nature on our nearly private beach, with Troncones’ best sandy swimming area right out front, as well as our own secret surf break.

It’s true. Casa Oasis is simply on the best part of the best Troncones beach. At the solitary end of the only residential sandy beach in Troncones. Close enough to get to town quickly, but far enough to avoid any noise, crowds or pollution. With a gorgeous flat, sandy swimming area and even a sporadic surf break right out front, what more can you ask? Oh, yes, dramatic rocks and tidepools just North of us. Check.

Biking Troncones is the ideal way to get around. We provide 4 beach cruisers (with baskets) for our guests to use free of charge. If you need more bikes while you’re here, we can help arrange rentals.
