The Beach House, Casa Oasis Troncones’ beachfront two-bedroom flat, offers ocean and beach views and true indoor-outdoor beach living—the sand is only a few steps away. With an ocean-front dining and living area (as well as an indoor living area, spacious full kitchen with eat-in bar and two large bedrooms & baths, this is our most family and group friendly unit. (thou you can always rent more than one unit, and even get a discount for doing so!) Watch the waves form your hammock, or the pool just out front. Nap on your beachfront sofa. It doesn’t get much better.

Spacious, full-size ocean-view kitchen, with eat-in bar and huge pantry. Fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, quality stainless steel pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, etc.

Casa oasis is for animal lovers! Ask about bringing your cat-friendly pooch. We do have outdoor cats on the premises (they generally do not go inside unless invited).

The Penthouse, Casa Oasis Troncones’ beachfront one-bedroom flat, offers panoramic beach and ocean views, with no man-made structures to block your enjoyment of the pristine tropical landscape. (Even the shower has a spectacular view). Watch whales and dolphins frolicking and check out the surf from your own comfy, private sofa.

Panoramic ocean views from the every major room (even the shower). And don’t forget our view down the beach, as Casa Oasis is at the end of Troncones’ most beautiful (and empty) stretch of sandy beach.

Huge beachfront master bedroom with huge French doors onto balcony, plus ocean-view king size bed. There is a mini-split AC unit in this room that is programmed to be available at night only. Tons of closet space. Plus a twin day bed and sofas in the covered living area.
Spacious indoor-outdoor living area
Spacious and comfortable roofed open-air living area with panoramic views and amazing sea breezes. Watch the waves from the dining room table.
Full kitchen
Spacious, full-size ocean-view kitchen, with 5 person eat-in bar and pantry. Fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, quality stainless steel pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, etc.
1.5 baths
Huge, full en-suite bath with two sinks, separate toilet, ocean view shower. Half bath in living area.
1-3 Guests
The Penthouse has a king sized bed in the huge bedroom. There’s also a twin bed in the covered living area (that can be moved into the bedroom), as well as half bath.
